Yes. Global Phonecard accounts are perfect for mobile cellular phones and you will easily save up to 95% on international calling costs compared to mobile phone company rates.

How do I place calls from my mobile phone, telephone or fax machine?
All you need to do is dial your personal Access Number and hang up after you hear the first ring. Our system will call your telephone. Answer your phone, listen to your remaining account balance and dial the telephone number you wish to call. Calls may also be placed by sending an SMS text message from your mobile phone or by sending an e-mail message from your PC. The messages may be stored in your PC or mobile phone address book for easy retrieval any time you wish to place a call.

How do I place calls from a different telephone or place calls when I travel abroad?
Just dial the local toll free access number listed in your Global Phonecard user guide for the country you are in from a touchtone telephone. We have local toll free access numbers available in over 100 countries around the world and some of the lowest rates in the industry. When prompted by our system, enter your Account Number and then dial the telephone number you wish to call.

How long does it take to receive my Global Phonecard account?
Your Global Phonecard account(s) will be issued by e-mail within 1 full business day after your payment is received.

Do I have to change my local telephone company or long distance provider?
No. Our services has no relationship with your existing telephone company or long distance provider. You can always cancel your long distance service and use only our service and avoid their monthly fees.

What if I think my existing telephone company has lower rates?
We strongly recommend that you look very closely at your comparison and do not forget that most providers charge you monthly fees, connection charges and other hidden fine print charges which substantially raise the per minute rate. Use your existing provider if they are indeed less expensive and their service meets your needs in terms of reliability and quality. Please remember as well that your Global Phonecard may be used for world travel and with your mobile cellular phone.

Do I need to recharge my Global Phonecard when I hear the balance is getting low?
Yes. Your Global Phonecard account may be recharged at any time with additional calling credit directly from our website by click on the "Recharge" button. Your recharge will be confirmed by e-mail the same business day your payment has been received.

When I place a telephone call how will my account be charged?
Successfully completed calls are charged in line with international telecom industry standards in per minute increments.

When does my Global Phonecard account expire?
Accounts are rechargeable and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue or the date of recharge. The only exception to this is for $25 and $50 accounts and recharges which are valid for 3 months and 6 months respectively.

May I sell Global Phonecards in my country?
